Ordinary members

Open to any person over age 18 as at 1^st September, who wants to attend our evening sessions and practice with other ordinary and senior members but who do not want to play for any of the Westhill teams in the local League competition.

Senior members

Open to any person over age 18 who wishes to be selected for one of the Westhill teams playing in the local league competition.

Junior members

Following the loss of our Honorary President, Charlie Flint, and the retirement of one of our other coaches, both of whom were accredited coaches with PVG clearance, we are currently unable to offer membership to any applicant who is under 18 years of age as at 1^st September 2026.

However, in special circumstances, we may be able to offer membership to an applicant who is under 18 years of age but this would be at the discretion of our management committee.

We are hopeful that over season 2026/27 we will be able to gain accreditation for at least three coaches and this accreditation would also include PVG clearance thus allowing us to accept applications for junior membership for season 2027/28

Evergreen Membership

Open to any member aged over 60 who wishes to play social table tennis on a Monday afternoon. The age limit for Evergreens is fairly flexible and bats, if required, can be supplied.

Full details of membership subscriptions will be provided by contacting the club secretary at:  [email protected]
